本研究探討臉型尺寸對於密合係數(FF, Fit Factor)的影響,探討臉型尺寸包括臉長、臉寬、嘴寬、鼻長等大小,以TSI 8020 Portacount 進行定量密合度試驗(Quantitative Fit Test),每一位試驗者對於三個大小面體都進行試驗,試驗呼吸防護具為國內及美國常見市售之半面體呼吸防護具。研究結果顯示密合係數成對數常態分布,不同大小面體間,臉型尺寸影響密合係數都有一定趨勢。臉長-鼻長在臉型尺寸交互關係中,影響密合係數最為明顯,但嘴長尺寸變化時,密合係數會有最大的變化,且都是短嘴長密合係數>長嘴長密合係數。將臉型尺寸四等分後,下臉長影響密合係數最為明顯。因此影響半面體呼吸防護具面體的密合係數,最重要的為下臉長,交互影響中影響最大的為嘴長,若考慮單一臉型尺寸應該考慮下臉長,若考慮二種臉型尺寸,則應考慮下臉長-嘴長關係。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to investigate what facial dimensions affect fit factor. We measured fit factor (FF) for the half-masks of 3M 7100~7300 with HEPA filter with a TSI 8020 Portacount quantitative fit test machine. The result showed the fit factors of different testers are of lognormal distribution. The FFs affected by facial dimensions had the same tendency for the three face pieces. The FFs were affected strongly by Face Length-Nose Length and Lip Length (FF for short Lip Length > FF for long Lip Length) when we used two facial dimensions to predicate FF. And the FFs were affected strongly by Low Face Length when we used one facial dimension to predicate FF. The consideration should be given to include Low Face Length and Lip Length when defining a half-mask test panel and selecting a half-mask for individual wearer. |
