1,3-丁二稀(1,3-butadiene)、丙稀腈(acrylonitrile)及苯乙稀(styrene)廣泛地使用於ABS橡膠的製造,然尚未發現能同時採集此三種化合物之空氣採樣管。本研究之目的在篩選適合之固態採樣吸附劑,以有效地吸附/熱脫附1,3-丁二烯、丙烯腈及苯乙烯。本研究進行吸附劑篩選測試,添加化合物於吸附劑採樣管並經室溫靜置,比較前後之脫附波峰面積,作為靜態測試;再比較有無氣流通過之脫附回收比,作為動態測試。篩選測試之吸附劑包括:Tenax-TA,Porapak N,Carbosieve-S-III,Molecular Sieve 13X、Carbopack B及 Carboxen 569。結果顯示:Tenax-TA及Carbopack B可吸附及脫附苯乙烯;Porapak N及Carbosieve-S-III可吸附丙烯腈,但以Porapak N效果較好;Carbosieve-S-III及Carboxen 569可吸附 1,3-丁二烯,二者幾無差異。採集單一化合物建議以單床採樣管填充Tenax-TA採集苯乙烯,Porapak N採集丙烯腈,Carbosieve-S-III採集1,3-丁二烯。欲同步採集分析此三種化合物,可採用Tenax-TA及Carbosieve-S-III填充之二重床採樣管。本採樣分析方法適用濃度範圍約每支採樣管0.2-20μg。 |

1,3-butadiene, acrylonitrile and styrene are widely used in resin synthesis. However, there is no simultaneous air sampling tube for these three compounds. The aim of this study was to screen suitable thermal desorption solid sorbents for 1,3-butadiene, acrylonitrile and styrene. Several sorbents such as Tenax-TA, Porapak N, Carbosieve-S-III, Molecular Sieve 13X, Carbopack B and Carboxen 569 were screened. Analytes were directly spiked onto sorbent tubes for static and dynamic tests. From screening tests, Tenax-TA and Carbopack B were found capable of absorbing and desorbing styrene. Porapak N and Carbosieve-S-III were able to absorb acrylonitrile, however, Porapak N was superior. Carbosieve-S-III and Carboxen 569 were equally capable of absorbing 1,3-butadiene. Single-bed sorbent tube is recommended for single compound air sampling. Tenax-TA sorbent tube is suitable for styrene sampling, Porapak N for acrylonitrile and Carbosieve-S-III for 1,3-butadiene. For simultaneous sampling of 1,3-butadiene, acrylonitrile and styrene, a multi-bed sampler packed with 100 mg Tenax-TA and 200 mg Carbosieve- S-III should be sed. The applicable range of this method is about 0.2-20μg analyte per sample. |
