The procedures started with factors of aptitude and education level, then followed by factor of worker functions, factor of temperament, and the last factor of interest. The procedures were demonstrated with a case with mental illness. The result of the suggested stepwise model indicated that the best validity would occurr while including factors of aptitude, level of education, worker functions, and temperament, with factor of interest excluded. |
