The purpose of this paper is to investigate the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers who have different personal background in Taichung City. The research results can provide the elementary school teachers to effectively upgrade and improve their job efficiency. At first, this work adopts questionnaire study for 309 sampling teachers who are currently serving at elementary schools in Taichung City. There are275 valid questionnaires returned. The questionnaire job satisfaction of elementary school teachers includes personal background information and job satisfaction scale. The important personal background information has eight attributes and the job satisfaction has three classes. The decision tree in the data mining technique is used to analyze the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers. After applying the See5 software, we obtained 6 relevant rules concerning the education policy. We found that a teacher who is more than 41 years old, or a teacher who is less than 40 years old and with undergraduate degree, the satisfaction of education policy tends to be low. |
