Due to the synergistic effect of urban population increase, land "supply and demand", environmental carrying and economic "growth and decay", the ecological-economic development on urban land use became systematic, dynamic, fuzzy, fed-back, relational and sensitive. By means of collaborative research of multiple methods and Fuzzy Delphi experts' opinions, this research set up a system of ecological-economic index of urban land use. Systemization method and signal light system were employed to make a case study on Taichung City. The findings showed that Fuzzy Delphi simplified the system of ecological-economic index on urban land use. It manifested that systemization method had excellent qualitative and quantitative performance. It was surely workable to apply the systemization method to the research of warning limit on urban land use. It is recommended to use the systemization method on collaborative research of urban land use and ecological-economic early warning mechanism so as to get a strategy to efficiently control the urban land use. Let our ecological economics sustainably develop in balance. |
