Teaching quality of Hairdressing teachers in vocational high school affects student learning and achievement. To enhance the quality of teaching, we need to have the ability to accurately measure the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching quality. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation criteria of teaching quality for the hairdressing curriculum in vocational high schools. First, the prototype of a scale for evaluating the quality of hairdressing curriculum is obtained through expert interviews and a fuzzy Delphi method. Then we factor analyze the collected data to extract the main factors. The results found that the scale can be divided into three facets, including "interaction and assessment", "teaching passion", and "professional competence." The scale consists of 17 items with good reliability and validity. |
