An Analysis on the Japanese Intellectual Property Policy Vision

日本知識產權戰略本部在總結戰略實施經驗的基礎上，針對新興經濟體的興起與數字信息全球化市場的快速發展，推出《知識產權政策展望》，指明今後十年日本的知識產權戰略及相關具體政策的發展方向，圍繞內容產業進程中雲計算平台下大數據的運用，提出了“內容產業立國”的新目標。解析這一展望，將有助於理解日本知識產權戰略調整的重大意義，完善我國知識產權戰略的方向性研究。

Based on its previous implementation experiences. the Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters of Japan took its steps in response to the challenges caused by the emerging countries and the globalization process of the IT industry. The Headquarters introduced Intellectual Property Policy Vision which stated that Japan’s intellectual property strategy and its direction of development of related policies for the following decade. The goal of this vision was to make Japan an “ Intellectual Property-based Nation” . The vision and its following strategic programs would provide a solid reference to the development of intellectual property policy system. In addition. researches in big data analysis in cloud-computing environment could further benefit regulation process.
