大陸籍照服員進入榮家服務之原因研究

Study of China Nationals Joing Care Aides Service in Veterans Home

陸籍照服員之所以進入榮民之家服務，和配偶均為榮民有極大關係，無論其配偶是否去世或對方已離婚，但因配偶為榮民的身份，是以他們平日透過配偶就醫或日間照顧，和榮民之家或就醫或日間照顧等，均往來密切。換句話說，吸引陸配前來榮民之家擔任照服員工作的因素之中，有極大因素是因和榮民之家有接觸，進而瞭解環境；此外加上她們所婚配的對象，亦全都為年紀相當大的老榮民，她們平日在照顧老榮民所做的事，與照服員所做之事兩者極為相似；基本上這些因素有利於陸籍照服員進入榮家展開服務。

This paper studies why many China Nationals ladies joining the care aides service in veterans Home. We find out that spouses of these Chinese ladies are nearly veterans. Though their spouse may have passed away or they already got divorced, the living and toting care experience has mode their entry easier.
