Teachers' classroom management influences the success of education reform, thus we can see the importance of classroom management. But how preschool teachers interact with young children, it is an important issue in the kindergarten classroom management. For this reason, by reading and analyzing related studies, this article aims to exploring the strategies of kindergarten management from teacher-student interaction. It is hoped such an exploration can benefit the preschool teachers' classroom management, and make teachers' classroom management better, and develop excellent early childhood education. The strategies are as follows: (1) preschool teachers should enter the world ofthe life to understand and experience the performance of young children's lives, (2) preschool teachers should be aware of young children's family culture, (3) preschool teachers should develop rational and empathy mode of communication, (4) preschool teachers should make good use of behavioral counseling skills, (5) preschool teachers should enhance their ability to reflect teaching, (6) preschool teachers should be like a homecomer and notice young children that they never saw before, and (7) preschool teachers should practice educational love in classroom management. |
