臺北市升大學補習班學生生活狀況調查研究

A Survey on the Life Adjustment of the Students In the Supplementary Schools in Taipei City

本研究主旨在了解台北市升大學補習班學生之生活狀況，以提供適切之輔導措施，經以自編之問卷施測於現就讀北市內升大學補習班之學生，共得265份有效問卷，採百分比，卡方考驗，變異數分析得如下之發現：1.學生進補習班的主要目的在考上理想大學；選擇補習班以升學率高者優先，而進入補習班以朋友介紹居多；學雜費主要靠家人支援，家人對於進補習班之態度多表贊成。2.學生對於補習班之師資、導師及行政人員感到滿意；對於補習班之收費和設備表示不滿意。3.補習班對於學生幫助較大者在於對課業的信心，考試技巧及讀書方法等三項；對自我價值感，人生未來之定向及時間安排稍有幫助；而對於身 體健康及休閒活動則有不良影響。針對上述發現，本研究提下列建議：1.明確補習班之角色為升學準備機構。2.建立補習班師資專任制度。3.研擬管理補習班之具體可行辦法。4.辦理補習班宣傳展覽活動以改變補習班形象。5.舉辦補習班學生聯誼活動。

This study investigated students’life adjustment in supplementary schools. The subjects were 265 students studied in the supplementary schools in Taipei City. A self-made questionnaire was administered to the subjects and the data obtained were statistically treated by chi-square and ANOVA. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. Entering an ideal college was the main purpose of the students studying in the supplementary schools, so that entrance ratio was the most influencial factor in selecting a supplementary school; 44.53% of the subjects entered the supplementary school through friends’introduction; families offered both financial and mental support. 2. Subjects were satisfied of the teachers and administrators in the supplementary schools, but were unsatisfied of the payments and equipments. 3. The most useful helps supplementary schools could offer were: establishment of students’confidence in learning, teaching the examination techniques and studying methods. But entering supplementary schools had evil effect on physical health and leisure life. The author also made some recommendations to improve the function and management of supplementary schools at the final.
