一位急性心肌梗塞患者的照護經驗

The Nursing Care Experience of an Acute Myocardial Infarction Patient

本文探討一位40歲的心肌梗塞患者，於快走後出現胸痛、冒冷汗、覺得自己快要休克等症狀，經診斷為急性心肌梗塞(Acute Myocardial Infarction, AMI)。筆者運用Gordon十項項健康護理評估，發現個案於加護病房內所面臨的健康問題有急性疼痛、焦慮、需要護理指導等問。加護護理期間為92/3/22～23。由於AMI是一個內科的急症，如何及早確立診斷，提供正確適當的護理措施，減少及避免疾病所造成的損傷是刻不容緩的。另外，衛教個案執行心臟復健計畫，可幫助個案調整生活型態、控制危險因子、增進生理及心理健康，縮短住院天數，增進自我照顧能力，維持生活品質，如能因此而避免個案再入院，這才是執行護理活動的一大成就。期望藉此護理經驗，提供臨床護理同仁照顧此類病患之參考。This literature was to discuss a 40 years old myocardial infarction patient, He felt chest pain, cold sweat, and going to shock and symptoms after walking fast, After diagnose, he had acute cardiac infarction ( Acute Myocardial Infarction,AMI ). He was in CCU for 2 days (92/ 03/ 22~ 23). AMI is an acute disease of internal medical. It is very important to establish exactly diagnosis be times, and provide correct and appropriate nursing guidance, so as to decrease and avoid the damage from the disease. In addition, because the health education individual cases to carry out heart rehabilitation project, can help patient to adjust living form, control risk factors, enhance physiological and psychogenic health, shorten days in hospital, enhance the capability of taking care of himself, and maintain a living quality, all these can prevent patients from returning to hospital again. This will be great success in executing nursing activity. We hope this nursing experience can supply referrals for taking care of the same kind of patients.
