本篇文章主要是探討醫療機構績效評估制度,以平衡計分卡為例之相關文獻探討。平衡計分卡將組織的願景與策略轉化為財務、顧客、內部流程、創新學習與成長四個構面可衡量的指標,來引導策略目標的執行。並對平衡計分卡之相關概念、架構作深入探討,並實際運用平衡計分卡的績效評估模式,將願景與策略轉成具體的策略性指標,盼提供給醫療機構相關人員參考。This article was to introduce the performance appraisal using Balanced Screcard in healthcare system. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was selected to be a tool to measure strategic performance. BCS transform organizational visions and strategies into four dimensions of measure index: finance, customer, processes, and learning. Comparisons between traditional financial performance and BSC were also discussed. The article not only provided conceptual framework of BCS but also applied the evaluation tool of professional performance in health care system. |
