本研究採類實驗設計法,目的在瞭解東部地區高年級國小學童接受性侵害防治課程後,對其性侵害防治知識、態度及自我保護行為上的成效。以方便取樣選取東部市區國小五、六年級學童為研究對象,依班級為單位,分配至實驗組與對照組,實驗組給予性侵害防治課程活動。以「性侵害防治知識、態度與自我保護行為量表」為研究工具並給予兩組前測與後測,共127位學童完成問卷。研究結果顯示課程介入後實驗組性侵害防治知識後測較前測得分高於控制組且達統計上顯著差異(p<.05),但並未改變性侵害防治態度。實驗組與對照組自我保護行為後測較前測得分均顯著增加,但進行共變數分析後,兩組未達顯著差異。研究結果有助於社區護理人員於社區中提倡性侵害防治教育,以降低學童性侵害發生。The purpose of this quasi-experimental study was to evaluate the effect of a child sexual abuse prevention program on sexual abuse prevention knowledge, attitudes, and self-protective behaviors among elementary school children of the fifth and sixth-grade in eastern Taiwan. A convenient sampling of 127 participants were selected into experimental and control groups according to their class grouping. Only the experimental group received the child sexual abuse prevention program. All participants completed the 'Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Questionnaire' before and after the intervention. The results indicated that the post-test sexual abuse prevention knowledge in the experimental group increased significantly compared to that of the control group and reached statistically significance (p< .05), but the attitudes of the experimental group were not improved significantly. The post-test mean scores of self-protective behaviors of both groups increased, but both groups were not significantly different based on the adjusted group means of ANCOVA. The findings suggested that community health nurses should advocate sexual abuse prevention education in the community in order to reduce children' sexual abuse incidences. |
