本研究目的為護理學系學生研修護理行政及研究課程前後護理能力之比較。此為世代研究,研究對象為某護理學系大四學生41人,調查時間為92年9月至93年7月。研究工具為護理系學生護理能力評值表。問卷採用Likert's五分法計分,兩次問卷信度之Cronbachs'alpha皆為0.98,效度採五位專家效度。研究結果顯示:護理學系學生主修二門課程前後兩次在教學、管理、研究、自我專業成長能力及總護理能力之得分(3.59、3.76;3.40、3.64;3.17、3.49;3.62、3.78;3.51、3.67)上,均有顯著差異;在照顧及溝通能力,並無顯著差異。研究結果有助瞭解護理學系學生護理能力的優缺點,更深入瞭解護理學系所安排的教學課程與護理能力之關係,也可做為護理學系改善未來行政、教學、臨床、服務的參考意見。The purpose of this study was to compare the nursing competence before and after nursing administration and research courses in baccalaureate-nursing students. This was a cohort study. Forty-one baccalaureate-nursing students were selected as subjects. The structured nursing competence questionnaire was used for data collection. The research started from Sep. 1, 2003, and ended to Jul. 31, 2004. A 5-point Likert's scale questionnaire was used to measure nursing competence. The internal consistencies for both questionnaires' cronbach's alpha were 0.98. The validity was based on 5 experts' opinions. The result showed there were significant differences between baccalaureate-nursing students scores in teaching, managing, research, continuous self-growth competence and total nursing competence(3.59, 3.76; 3.40, 3.64; 3.17, 3.49; 3.62, 3.78; 3.51, 3.67). There were no significant differences in patient's care, and communicating competence. The results not only help students understand their strengths and weakness on nursing competence, the relationship between curriculum of nursing program and nursing competence, but also provide the suggestion for nursing administration, teaching, practice, and service. |
