本研究旨在探討某安置機構一位保育員負責照顧參與性侵害預防教育團體之6位男童期間,接受個別心理諮詢後替代親職角色壓力之改變狀況。本研究以個案研究方式進行,研究者邀請此保育員在接受個別心理諮詢介入前及介入後填寫「替代親職壓力量表」,並在兩階段團體及個別心理諮詢結束後,進行此保育員之個別訪談。本研究之結果顯示,此保育員在壓力量表中,不論前後測之結果均落在百分等級的正常範圍,顯見此一保育員在照顧此6位男童之整體替代親職功能與孩童行為整體表現均為合宜之反應。再者,自個別訪談得知,此保育員接受個別心理諮詢心理獲得支持、對孩童身心狀況有更深一層之認識、並對安置機構之孩童議題有多元思考及學習更多具體之解決方法。最後,本研究提出對未來研究及針對此整合方案應用在安置機構男童性侵害預防教育與保育員心理諮詢之實務建議。The purpose of this study was to examine the caregiver's substitutive parenting stress change after receiving psychological consultations in the residential child care institution. The case study was used in this study. The researchers developed an experimental program which integrated the educational group for preventing sexual assault for six boys and also provided the psychological consultations for the caregiver who took care of the six boys in the residential child care institution. The caregiver was required to complete a substitutive parenting stress scale for the six boys before and after psychological consultations. The researchers also interview the caregiver after completing psychological consultations. The results of the study were as follows. For both the pretest and posttest, all items in the substitutive parenting stress scale were within a normal percentile for the six boys, indicating that the maternal care provided by the caregiver to the six boys and the behaviors of the boys showed expedient responses. Regarding the substitutive parenting stress subscales, the caregiver's involvement in a parenting role achieved high scores after the proposed program intervention was conducted. Finally, this study provides some suggestions for future research and some practice for residential child care institutions. |
