There are defects in the design and content of the legislation such as its potential conflict with other rules in the same section. The administrative enforcement and its time limit could be improved by preventing the abuse of power and protecting rights. The legal basis, application condition, and procedural requirements should be enhanced. The proposals for perfecting Article 43 of Administrative Enforcement Act are advanced. |
