以「語意差異法」評價建築立面之風格意象－－以臺中市七期重劃區「第一種住宅區」住宅為例

To Discover the Appraisal of Modern Architecture Façade Style ─ A Case Study of the 1st Category Housing in Tai-Chung 7th Re-Planning District

本文以「語意差異法」（Semantic Differential ，SD 法） 來探究不同屬性之受測者對建築立面風格意象的評價之形容詞，是否會因認知的差異而有所不同，以及在受評價之對象物方面，是否會形成共同的評價要素。研究對象以台中市七期重劃區中的第一種住宅（ 「住一」） 建築為例，除進行實體評估量測外，並透過SPSS 統計軟體進行分析，具體的研究成果歸納如下：1. 受測者在建築立面風格意象的認知（ 鑑別度） 有明顯差異本研究「住一」住宅建築立面風格因素分析發現，其特徵值與可解釋變異量均為正值，代表其認知鑑別度有明顯之差異。2. 不同屬性的受測者對建築立面風格意象的感受（ 強弱度） 具有差異「專業者」較傾向描述建築物的特徵（ 如風格、分割手法及美學元素） ，所使用的形容詞較具體且明確；反之，「非專業者」則較偏向表達心理層面的感受性語彙，相對較感性且模糊。3. 受測者對建築立面風格意象的評價（ 語意表現） 以「現代型」及「古典型」較具明顯差異受測者對於「現代型」及「古典型」在風格、量體、分割樣式、價值感、材料質感及心理感受等方面之鑑別度較為明顯。而「折衷型」在量體、分割樣式與心理感受等特徵上與前二者接近，但是在風格、價值感與材料質感等特徵上則較無明顯之差異。

The scope of this article is to use the method of Semantic Differential（S.D.） to discover the different testing people on the adjective of the appraisal of modern architecture façade style, whether it will be influenced by the cognition diversity or it will arise the collective appraisal elements. The investigation objects are located on the 1st category housing in Tai-chung 7th re-planning district, the specific investigation results are: 1. There is a significant difference of the cognition（differential degrees）of the architecture façade for the testers. The architecture façade style factor analysis shows its value and interpretable variance is a positive value. 2. The effects of different testers on the architecture style feelings (strong and weak degree) have distinguished differences. The professional testers describe the characteristics of architecture façade are more specific and clear than the non-profession ones. 3. The evaluation (semantic performance) of the architecture façade is more obvious differential, especially in the modern style and classic style category. But the compromise style shows its characteristics are not obvious differences.
