The development of financail products and ifnancial services spawned the formation of the financial consumers, and unfair trade relations based on information asymmetry in the financial sector and financial consumers, has been making the protection of financail consumers increasingly become the core of the financial law and national financial regulatory important goal. Key nodes of financail consumer protection is the process of financial products sales so we first discuss the 'financial promotion', as the overall concept to summarize all relevant financial products sales, then explore the rights and obligations between financial institutions and financial consumers in the aspects of the sales of financial products. |
