裝修設計工程業供應鏈管理創新模式之探討

On Researching Model of Innovation of Supply Chain Management to Decoration Design Engineering Industry

研究旨在探討裝修設計工程業界現況，複雜的設計工程及供應商管 與實務經營 程，從 解產業的特性與業務型態及運用電子商務及資源整合系統 管 協 廠商間的關係， 探究應用供應鏈管 的創新商業模式的價值發展。經由相關研究方法 考，採用「文獻分析法」，「個案研究法」與「評分者評 法」的質化研究，在運用「文獻分析法」中，採用 Simchi-Levi et al. (2003)及全球供應鏈協會之 大 述關鍵議題，作 評估指標。隨而挑選 家個案公司 階段的問卷之專家深 訪談，初步劃分適合裝修設計工程業供應鏈需考 的 大關鍵系統構面，以供作個案訪談問項之基礎。藉使研究成果分析歸納並推 適合裝修設計工程供應鏈管 系統關鍵因素 何，得以作 供應鏈管 雛形系統的 架構。最後將 與實務結合，藉以建構適合裝修設計工程業供應鏈管 創新商業模式系統。冀望藉此模型系統，能使業界間的供應鏈成員，整合建 長期合作關係，以 低成本、縮短工作排程及改進溝通效 和去除通 重 部分，以達到滿足顧客需求，進而提高業界的競爭優勢及創新經營模式，以供裝修設計工程業的經營者 運用。

This study aimed to investigate the status of the industry decoration design engineering, complex design engineering and supplier management and practice management process, from understanding the characteristics of industries and business types and use of information technology systems to manage the relationship between third party to explore the application of supply Chain management, the value of the development of innovative business models. Reference by the relevant research methods, the use of 'literature review', 'case study' and 'rater assessment law' qualitative research, in the use of 'document analysis', the use of Simchi-Levi et al. (Simchi-Levi, 2003) and the Global Supply Chain Council (Global Supply Chain Council, 2005) discussed the two key issues, as the evaluation index. The selection of six cases with two-stage companies a questionnaire interviews of experts, the initial division of engineering suitable for decoration of the six supply chain need to consider the dimensions of critical systems to ask for items as the basis for interviews. Analyzed and summarized by the results and argued for interior design projects a key factor in supply chain management systems are, to supply chain management as a theoretical framework of prototype system. Finally, the combination of theory and practice to construct a decoration design supply chain management system of innovative business models.
