Today, media plays a vital role in promoting any given sport event. For this reason, one of the important tasks for all event managers to do is in any way possible to satisfy the needs of media. Many event organizers set up a proprietary department in charge of media service. By introducing the nature of the media, this paper attempted to illicit the service scope of the media center. The service could be divided into three areas, including information service, logistic services and hardware-related services. In addition, the results could be used for further research as well as sport event managers. |
