Many people often claim to maintain healthy habits, but most of them rarely take the first step to act and adhere to long-term programs. Action plan is a way to make one's idea into action in pursuit of the goal, and it is suitable for the formation of healthy habits. This article first introduced the theory development of action plan and its effectiveness in health behavior, followed by how it solved various problems in pursuit of the goal, as well as how to help to start and maintain exercise behavior. The implications and future directions were also suggested. |
