This study attempts to describe the relations between self-movement experience statement instructions and action of the time difference, through the following three kinds of thoughts, anatomy physiology of neuromuscular transmission, Michael Polanyi focal awareness and subsidiary awareness and self-structure theory. Further from different perspective is to resolve the relationship of gymnastics between instruction and action, gap and impact, and then make the players in action learning and training timely and precisely control of the time difference. Then the players can let the action occur the position which they think in their minds to reach the requirements of action learning and training. Then, when the players adjust their action positively, their techniques will achieve the mastery stage. Therefore, they will make more complete, accurate and perfect action. |
