In an era where knowledge is extremely valuable, creativity and innovation has become the base of competitive advantage for Taiwan. Government had spent many resources in the creativity education. However, the education policy seems too emphasis on school education rather than on social education. Due to react to the drive force of globalization, many multi-national companies now use the mechanism of Communities-of- Practice(CoP) to increase the total creativity and innovation capability. In this point of view, government may can use the method of CoP to enhance the Taiwan’s social creativity. This paper tries to build the theory of CoP’s influences on creativity. Policy implications for strategy management are also discussed. |
