Due to the economic, political and social environments have been dramatically changed and benefically towards the public communication campaigns, the article tends to introduce some basic theories and ideas of social marketing into the area of adult and continuing education. Especially it applies the essential ideas of social marketing into the practical planning for local adult and continuig education professional workers. It includes the problem definition, target population, formative research of needs assessments, SWOT modeling, mobilization of community resources, management of nonprofit organization, and evaluation of social marketing planning. |
