臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態與學員學習滿意度之研究

A Survey of Teachers' Teaching Style and Students' Learning Satisfaction of the Evergreen Colleges for the Aged

本研究的主要目的是想瞭解臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態、學員學習滿意度的情形，及二者間的關係，並據以作成建議，供老人教育有關單位參考。為達上述目的，首先透過文獻探討，研究長青學苑的現況、特性與發展、教師教學型態、學生學習滿意度之理論與研究：其次編擬「臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態調查問卷」及「臺灣地區長青學苑學員學習滿意度調查問卷」做為本研究之研究工具；研究樣本取自八十學年度第一學期，開辦有長青學苑研習課程的縣市長青學苑學員，共計1,307名：調查所得資料經平均數、百分比分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步複迴歸分析之後，獲得下列研究結論：一、臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態多屬折衷型與學生中心型教學型態。二、臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態隨著地區、班別不同而有顯著差異。三、臺灣地區長青學苑學員學習滿意度頗高。四、臺灣地區長青學苑學員學習滿意度隨其背景不同而有差異。五、臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態與學員學習滿意度間有差異存在。六、臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態與學員學習滿意度間有正相關。七、臺灣地區長青學苑教師教學型態的「個別化教學」層面對學員學習滿意度最具影響力。

The aim of the study was to investigate the teaching styles, students' learning satisfaction and their relationship of the Evergreen Colleges for the aged. To this end, two questionnaires were developed.By statistical analyses of means, Oneway Anova, t-test, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression, the findings were: 1. Most of the teachers' teaching styles were compromise and student-centered; 2. Teachers' teaching styles changed with districts and classes; 3.The level of students' learning satisfaction was quite high; 4.The relationship between teachers’teaching styles and students' learning satisfaction was positive.
