To clarify whether transformational leaders have different influences on subordinates' perception and behavior, this study adopts a dual-focused model of transformational leadership. By collecting data from employee-direct supervisor dyads, this study obtained 550 valid samples by using the snowball sampling method. Results showed that the effects of group-focused transformational leadership on employees' individual directed organizational citizenship behaviors and perception of their leaders' corporate social responsibility values have been both higher than those of individual-focused transformational leadership; while no significant difference between the effects on employees' organization directed organizational citizenship behaviors had been found. Accordingly, the results can provide new perspective for the controversial and diverse issues. |
