愛情嫉妒對親密伴侶選擇攻擊策略之調節效果分析

The Analysis of the Moderating Effects of Romantic Jealousy on Couples’ Choice of Attack Strategies

親密暴力問題已不容忽視，瞭解嫉妒情緒在其中所扮演的角色，以及發展對現代年輕人有用的伴侶親密關係教育的課程具有其急迫性與必要性；是以，研究者便利抽樣900名17-31歲的年輕人，以自編的嫉妒情緒量表和攻擊因應 策略量表蒐集資料。結果發現：1、如過去研究所示，男性選擇攻擊策略顯著高於女性；2、當親密伴侶的生氣情緒越高，越易使用攻擊策略；3、難過和害怕對親密伴侶選擇攻擊策略間的關係存在調節效果。當個體被誘發的害怕情緒愈高時，越易使用攻擊策略；女性被誘發較高的難過情緒時，越易使用攻擊策略；而男性卻是在難過情緒較低時，反較易選擇攻擊策略。此外，研究者針對研究結果提出以個體化和自我嫉妒情緒覺察為設計重點的親密關係與情緒管理教育。

Past researches showed that there was a significant relationship between couples’ romantic jealousy and intimate violence. There was also a gender difference in using conflict management strategies. Therefore， it is important to explore the key part of the romantic jealousy that plays amid. It is also necessary and urgent to develop a useful curriculum or program to help the couple to cope appropriately with romantic conflicts. These become the main purposes of this research， with two hypotheses studied: 1. The more romantic jealousy an individual feels， the more attack strategies one would use; and 2. Romantic jealousy would be a moderator on choice of attack strategies one would apply. 900 participants， aging from 17 to 31 years old， were surveyed using a self-developed questionnaire including Romantic Jealousy Scale and Attack Strategy Scale. The results showed: 1. Males were more inclined to choose attack strategies than females; 2. The more anger a male or a female felt， the more attack strategies he or she chose; 3. Both sadness and fear had a moderating effect on individual’s choice of attack strategies. It also shows that the more an individual feared， the more attack strategies he or she chose. In addition， when the female felt sadder， they also chose more attack strategies. On the contrary， the male used attack strategies more often when they felt less sad. Finally， a suggestion was proposed that individualization and self-awareness of romantic jealousy should be focused in a school program regarding romantic relationships and emotional management.
