The main purpose of this study was to investigate one child’s negative emotional expression at learning centers in a kindergarten classroom, and events that resulted in the child’s emotional expression when interacting with others. The researcher observed the child’s emotional expression and interaction with peers, and interviewed her teachers, in order to explore this research topic. The follows were the findings of this study. First, emotional expression of the child in different learning centers included five kinds of negative emotions. Second, the events happened in the learning centers and the emotional expression of the child influenced each other. Finally, based on the research findings, recommendations were provided. |
