我國數位內容產業競爭優勢與發展之研究

隨著寬頻網路的普及與通訊技術的進步，資訊、娛樂的內容服務將成為一項新型態的市場主流，數位內容產業也將會成為提昇國家競爭力的重要角色。為迎接全球產業競爭趨勢以及知識經濟時代的管理變革，行政院以「數位內容產業」（Digital Content）作為提升我國整體產業競爭力之基礎。本研究試圖以文件分析法（Document Analysis）導入鑽石體系，分別以六個面向探討我國數位內容產業之競爭力與發展困境，並提出適切的建議作為產業發展之參考。簡而言之，我國欲掌握數位優勢，必須具備國際營運的遠見，以晉升跨國數位內容合作開發計劃為目標，運用數位管理人才提昇國際行銷能力，以落實數位內容的發展。

Promotion of digital industry has become a significant focus for many countries, as it is generally believed that the digital content is a highly desirable form of economic activity. This article proposes Diamond System Theory to analyze the globally competitive advantage of the digital content industry in Taiwan. In short, digital content industry in Taiwan still needs to get more healthy value chain and extensive global view.
