應用中文口語對話機制來建構個人化電子出版系統之研究

由於電子出版的盛行，使用者可以選擇自己需要的內容而不需要像傳統的方式照單全收，因此“個人化”在電子出版便佔了重要的地位。使用者由個人化的功能可以依自己的需要或喜好來搜尋，然而，由於缺乏及時互動的能力，以致於讓使用者在花費漫長的時間，也不見得能獲得想要的東西，所以如何讓電腦瞭解使用者的想法，是左右回應的正確性與否的重要關鍵。而最能夠完整表達人類的思維與想法莫過於使「自然語言」。但讓電腦瞭解語言有許多的困難點存在，尤其中文沒有明顯的分隔字元，所以要事先作斷詞處理，而且中文也沒有一套完整的文法規則存在，這些都是中文對譯系統所需克服的地方。在本論文中，提出一套對中文句子剖析的方法並根據各種場合使用特定範圍的詞庫，以提高剖句的速度及正生，並根據個別的應用提供一套具互動性的個人化電子出版系統。

As the prevailing of e-publish, users can only choose those contents they need. Therefore, the customized-publish plays an important role in e-publish. According to this mechanism, users can search their favorite content. However, due to the lack of the interactive ability, users may spend much time but not get those contents they want. The way of understanding and representation what users’ want is the key factor in deciding the accuracy of response. The utilization of natural language is the best way to represent the thinking of human completely. However, there are still some problems for computers to understand natural language. In Chinese language there are two difficulties. First, as the Chinese language has no space to segment the lexical entry, the segmentation method of Chinese is more difficult than English. Second, the lack of complete grammar in Chinese language makes parser more difficult and complicated. These difficulties should be overcome by building a Chinese interactive feedback system. in this paper, a method to parse the Chinese language is proposed to use particular lexical database according to the application to improve the response time and accuracy. Therefore, a customized e-publish system can be built by this methods.
