東亞區域經濟整合與雁行理論：台灣經濟發展之展望

East Asian regional economic integration and the flying geese theory-Prospects of economic development in Taiwan

東亞區域經濟整合與雁行理論是本文探討的兩個主題。一方面，過去台灣長期受惠於雁行理論國際分工與產業遞移，在日本經濟的引領與產業轉移下，從而締造經濟奇蹟並晉身亞洲四小龍。然而，2010年當中國大陸取代日本成為世界第二大經濟體，這可能標示著過往以雁行結構國際分工的產業模式將面臨重整或轉型。另方面，當今的區域經濟整合風起雲湧，台灣在這整合過程似乎相對滯後，且有經濟邊緣化與產業轉型瓶頸等危機。因此，台灣從過去的經濟奇蹟締造者過渡到當今的經濟整合風潮則是本文探討的重點。

The Eastern Asia economic integration and Flying Geese Theory are the two focuses of this paper. On the one hand, Taiwan had been benefited by the flying geese theory with the international division labor and the industrial transferring in the past. This resulted in Taiwan economic miracle and it being the four small dragon of Asian economy. However, Mainland China now displaces Japan as the second economic entity in the world and this may signal the transformation or displacement toward the flying geese theory. On the other hand, the economic integration is so prevailing nowadays, but Taiwan seems lagging behind in this field. Thus, this paper will discuss the issues from Taiwanese economy miracle to presently Eastern Asia economic integration.
