In order to improve the school organizational performance, the teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (TOCB) has been one of the most measurement indicator. In influencing these factors of TOCB, the organizational justice was one of the most important factors. This study mainly explored the relationships among organizational justice, trust, commitment and TOCB, and verified the mediating effect through two variables of trust and commitment. A survey by questionnaires was used with these samples of 265 teachers from elementary school, and data was analyzed using the Lisrel 8.51 for a statistical test. The results reveal that the significant factors in influencing on TOCB are organizational justice, trust, commitment, and the main mediating variables of the impacts of organizational justice on TOCB were trust and commitment. Finally, according to the findings, it draw upon some suggestions and limitations for future research. |
