弱勢者能發言嗎——以Spivak（史碧娃克）觀點看多元文化下外籍配偶子女的教育

Can the minority speak? -the education of children of immigrant spouses in multi-cultures by Spivak' s view

外籍配偶及其子女在台灣逐漸形成龐大族群，也伴隨社會和教育問題。然而各界在熱切討論並提供協助時，基本上將這群新弱勢族群視為客體，並未注重其主體性。本文整理近年來關於外籍配偶及其子女的研究，並試以史碧娃克後殖民、女性主義、及多元文化批判觀點，對外籍配偶及其子女教育議題重新省思，並建議形塑開放多元的校園和社會文化，尊重外籍配偶主體及其文化。

The immigrant spouses and their children are forming big population, and there are some social and education problems companied during decades. However, the society concerns and helps this population without paying enough attention to their subjectivity. In this paper the author collects some research about immigrant spouses and their children, and rethinks those education issues by Spivak’s view about postcolonial, feminism, and multicultural critical points. Then the author suggests to shape open and multiple cultures in campus and society, and to respect the subjectivity and culture of the immigrant spouses.
