旅遊健康資源平台建構──以血液透析患者為例

The study of Health Tourist Resources Platform Constructed for Hemodialysis Patient

本研究目的以探討血液透析患者之旅遊阻礙、需求，藉以建置旅遊健康資源平台。以結構式問卷，針對年滿20歲的血液透析患者進行立意和滾雪球抽樣，有效回收問卷共202份。分析方法採用描述性統計，利用平均數、標準差排序，同時運用四象限分析探討旅遊需求與結構性旅遊阻礙程度。研究結果顯示，在個人內在阻礙部份以因為要配合定期洗腎，導致無法參加旅遊活動為最高；人際間阻礙則是在旅遊過程中擔心沒有適合的人作伴為最主要的阻礙因素：在結構性阻礙方面，以擔心旅遊場所沒有提供符合血液透析患者需求的飲食為最高。而依照構面來看，以個人內在阻礙為阻礙因素最大，其次為人際間阻礙和結構性阻礙，在旅遊需求方面來說，需要旅遊場所提供符合血液透析患者需求的飲食和緊急醫療系統為最主要的需求本研究並根據問卷結果，建置血液透析患者旅遊健康資源平台，優先將需求大、阻礙大的層面為首要建置內容,打造出更完整的血液透析患者旅遊環境。

The purpose of the study is to understand hemodialysis patients ‘travel constraint and need in order to construct travel health resource platform. Using structured questionnaire, two hundred and two effective questionnaire were returned. The statistical analyses methods including descriptive statistic and Four-dimensional quadrant method to understand travel constraint and travel need. The result shows the main reason of the Intrapersonal constraints include hemodialysis patients need to regular dialysis. In Interpersonal constraints shows the primary reason is there are no suitable companions for traveling; the main reason of the structural constraints is tourist place lacked of providing special diet for hemodialysis patient. The top two of travel Need are hemodialysis patient need tourist places to provide hemodialysis patients diet and emergency medical systems. In this study, according to questionnaire results, constructing a travel health resoure platform for hemodialysis patients. The high travel needs and constraints will be built primary on platform in order to construct a more complete hemodialysis patient’s tourism environment.
