經濟法的永固基業與拓新圖景——漆多俊先生經濟法學重大理論創新述評

Economic Law’s Everlasting Foundation and Its Prospect of Innovation – Commentary on Important Theoretical Innovation of Economic Law by Mr, Qi Duojun

經濟法是法律體系中的一個新的部門法，其概念與本質是什麼、規制對象與範圍怎樣、構成內容與體系結構如何等問題是困擾著各國經濟法學者的理論難題。漆多俊教授提出的＂國家調節說＂科學地解答了諸此問題，為中國經濟法理論奠定了永固基業。繼＂國家調節說＂之後提出的＂國家經濟調節論＂則為經濟法開拓了新的疆域，為未來的經濟法裡研究指明了發展方向。

Economic Law is a new department of law in the legal system, and these problems, as what its concept and essence, adjustment object and its scope, content and architecture etc. are theoretical conundrums plaguing economic law scholars from all over the world. Professor Qi Duojun put forward the Doctrine of “State Regulation” to answer these problems scientifically, establishing an everlasting foundation for the Theory of Economic Law of China. After the Doctrine of “State Regulation”, the proposition of “International Economic Regulation Theory” has opened up a new territory for the Economic Law, indicating the future research development direction of economic law theory.
