State Regulation Theory originated during the initiator’s thorough criticism of all kinds of academic abuse, and its spearhead aims at the Large Economic Law Theory which has been mistaking many people’s concept so far. State Regulation Theory was formed by the initiator’s deep conclusion of the social development rule and built scientific economic law theory system which solves people’s academic puzzle. The theory was developed by the initiator in the historical tide, and timely and pertinently answers and responds the emerging questions in economic law, which mean the theory is open and flexible.
