With growth in elderly population, the health for elderly is an important issue. Decreases in themuscle strength, balance ability, flexibility and response were found with aging. For safety and stabilityin daily activities, Elderly people would reduce the muscle strength and decrease the range of motion ofjoint. Exercise training including balance training, resistance exercise training, flexibility exercisetraining, and aerobic training could increase the abilities of balance, muscle strength, flexibility, andcardiovascular fitness. After exercise training, the elderly could active more efficient in daily livings toreduce the risk of falls. |
