出土文獻與《黃帝內經．素問．三部九候論》互證一則

「以左手足上，上去踝五寸按之，庶右手足當踝而彈之，其應過五寸以上蠕蠕然者不病，其應疾中手渾渾然者病，中手徐徐然者病．其應上不能至五寸，彈之不應者死。」以上是一段見於《黃帝內經．素問．三部九候論》中的文字，描述腿部脈診方法。由於語法特殊，句讀亦欠通順，文意未易確解。前此馬繼興教授曾徵引敦煌卷子以及張家山漢簡等材料加以析論，多所發明，成果為學者推崇。今擬藉此例，說明文獻學、小學等研究方法之運用，在中醫典籍訓讀之重要價值，並提出與舊說未盡相同的意見，以就教於博雅君子。疏陋不足之處，尚望有以教之。

Because the grammar of these sentences are special, sentences are not smooth, therefore we are not easy to understand its significance correctly.
In the past Professor Ma Jixing quoted the similar sentences of the Dunhuang scroll and the Han Bamboo Slips in order to analysis and discuss the meaning of the paragraph. After that he published a very good insights. The achievement is praised by the experts.
Now I intend to use this example to illustrate the use of philology and the Chinese traditional research methods, to explain the important value of the Chinese medical classics, and put forward the different views for further discussion.
