斯秦納的人智學思想是華德福學校課程思維的依據,其獨特的精神科學方法對人的身心靈各層面皆有深入的剖析。然而由於尚屬新興的引介理論,因此其內涵上仍有許多基礎的概念未曾清楚探究。本研究全圖由斯秦納對心靈三元本質-思想、感受、意志之闡述開始,使用教育學家達奈爾的教育詮釋學方法分析其三元本質之定義、在人生歷程中之轉變與其間之運行關係,進而發現心靈三元本質是華德福學校課程實行之重要依據,與人智學解釋人類直覺與認知思維的原點。最後本文結合斯秦納之解釋以發掘出對體制教育的啟示與華德福學校之作法,期望可以給予現有教育工作同仁們一個新觀念的契機與我國建立另類教育理論的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The building of Waldorf School is based on Rudolf Steiner's Anthroposophy, and it precisely explains body, soul and spirit of human. However, lot of important concepts of Anthroposophy didn't been clarified because it belonged to rising external-recommended theory. This research is started from Steiner's perspective of soul and using educational hermeneutics as the research method, its steps come from educational scholar Helmut Danner, then finding the definition and how it transform and operate. In conclusion, the operation of Waldorf School, and how Anthroposophy explains about instinct and thought of human stand on Steiner's perspective of soul. Lastly, I'll analyze how to apply this perspective in formal education and Waldorf School for current educators by follow-up research in order to offer a chance of brand new ideas, and build theory of alternative education in our country. |
