The purpose of this study was to investigate the understanding and views to the "Supporting Children Project" from aged 5 children's preschool teachers in Taichung City. Further to explore the status of "Supporting Children Project". This study used questionnaire. Seven conclusions were as follows:
1. The majority of preschool teachers were already known the content of "Supporting Children Project", also affirmed the policy of good intentions. 2. There were significant differences on the perception and views of "Supporting Children Project" in different ages, educational levels, qualifications of teaching with aged 5children's preschool teachers. 3. There were significant differences from the aged 5children's preschool teachers on the perception and the face of implementation of “Supporting Children Project “. There were also significant differences from the different sizes of kindergarten on the faces of implementation and policy . 4. The preschool teachers whose ages from 41to 45 had highly degree of familiarity to the "Supporting Children Project". 5. The "Supporting Children Project" lacked of policy advocacy. The appropriation procedures lacked of administrative efficiency. The "Supporting Children Project" increased preschool teachers' administrative load, and produced many problems.
6. Most of aged 5 children's preschool teachers did believe that the calculation of household income standards and receiving eligibility of "Supporting Children Project" were unfare. 7. Procedures for receiving payments of "Supporting Children Project" were too complicated. |
