為瞭解教師管教方式的代間傳遞情形以及探討相關影響因素,乃以國中教師1290 人為研究對象,再採用教師管教方式及滿意度量表、教師管教信念量表及教師自陳管教方式量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關、結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:(一)教師所採用的管教方式與過去受到上一代重要教師的管教經驗有顯著的相關存在。 |
英文摘要 |
This study is to investigate the relationship between teacher’s discipline style of two generation. To explore the effect of teacher’s experience from their important teacher on teachers’ discipline style, questionnaires are used. There are 1290 junior high school teacher in Taiwan included in this research. Data obtained in this study is analyzed by using Pearson product-moment correlation and path analysis method. The primary findings are as follows:1.The teacher’s discipline style of two generation are significantly correlated.2.A structural model with satisfactory goodness of fit was constructed in the intergenerational |
