First introducing the meaning and theory of organization citizenship behavior, this article discuss about the behavior that teacher still does things benefit t others even without the awards of organizations, which is the organization citizenship behavior. Second, this article would analyze the core value of the positive psychology. Due to teacher's “altruistic behavior” from positive motion feedback, we can call the occupation, teacher, as the classic representative to help people. Finally, this article would focus on teachers' “Organization Citizenship Behavior” and its implication for positive psychology from altruistic behavior. To conclude, teachers are not just the helpers; they help and dedicate not just for money but because they do it out of happiness. |
