本研究旨在探討國中低成就資優生家長支持系統之建構,研究者採行動研究法針對低成就資優生家長辦理親職教育工作坊。希望藉由親職工作坊的實施,提升低成就資優生家長對低成就孩子學習特質的認識、瞭解低成就孩子的相關學習方式,進而能夠提供合宜的家長支持系統,以利協助低成就孩子反敗為勝。本研究結果經整理與歸納,有以下的重要發現與啟示:(一)家長是低成就資優生重要的支持系統;(二)親職工作坊氣氛的檢視和營造不容忽視;(三)親師合作是低成就資優生必要的支持系統;(四)低成就資優生家長期待學校支持系統多元;(五)家長對親職工作坊持肯定的態度。而針對學校在建構低成就資優生家長支持系統方面,研究者提出以下三項建議:(一)主動辦理親職教育工作坊,協助家長彼此成為支援系統;(二)提升家長對低成就資優生學習特質的認識,以期提供最合適的家庭支持系統;(三)提供家長有關低成就資優生的資訊與諮詢,強化家長支持系統,使家長有能力協助低成就資優子女面對問題並思考解決策略。 |
英文摘要 |
The study was focused on the construction of parents support system for junior high school students who are gifted underachievers. In order to get the goals, the researcher used action research to implement parental education workshop for seven gifted underachievers’parents.The major findings of this study were concluded as follows: 1.Parents were theimportant support system for the gifted underachievers. 2.The inspection and management for the atmosphere of parental education workshop didn’t be neglected. 3.The cooperation of parents and teachers was the essential support system for the gifted underachievers. 4.The gifted underachievers’ parents hoped they have the multi-dimensional school support systems. 5.The parents regarded the parental education workshop with affirmative attitude.Besides, the researcher’s suggestions were as follows: 1.Undertaking the parental education workshop could assist gifted underachievers’ parents to become support system with each other. 2. Enhancing the parents’ understanding for the gifted underachievers’\rlearning characteristic could provide the gifted underachievers with the most appropriate family support system. 3. Providing the parents with related information and consultation about the gifted underachievers could strengthen parents support system. |
