面對教育的變革,校長的角色隨之多元與轉化,例如校長須能與他人協同決定、校長須周旋於複雜的改革與落後的立法進度間、校長須承擔社區的期望,以及校長面對績效的壓力選擇性表現等。校長角色的特質轉變趨向於壓力承擔、績效責任、複雜、矛盾與衝突。校長乃學校的領航者,面臨內外部環境與自身職位角色的變遷首當其衝,動見觀瞻,因此校長的領導方向與作為,須隨之轉化與實踐。準此,韓非所著《韓非子》論事入髓,是種古代帝王學,其思想脈絡具啟發性與實用性。本文旨在探討韓非法家思想中有關法、勢、術的領導意涵,就其領導哲學取材,整合歷史論述與現實學校環境實例,獲得啟示,供校長領導方向與實用之參考。
英文摘要
The role of the school principal has undergone a multidimensional transformation through encounters with educational revolutions. Examples include coordinating decision making strategies with the other, managing the gap between complicated educational revolutions and legal legislation of the work schedule, meeting community expectations, and selecting work performance with stressors that result from poor workrelated achievements. The expanded role of the school principal leads to take more responsibilities resulting from stress, have higher achievement, and increase more complexities, contradictions, and conflicts often encountered in the academic environment. The principal is the leader and must manage conflicts occurred between the changes of internal and external environments and initial positions and roles. Thus, the leader’s directions and behaviors must be transformative and practical in the workplace. Han Fei provides a rich array of practical political ideas and philosophies for the school principal. The purpose of this article is to illustrate how the concepts of laws, power, and tactics described in Han Feizi apply to school principal’s leaderships through integrating history discussions into practical school-based cases. This article will inspire school principals to generate practical leadership skills.
