The major purpose of this study was to revise ethical climate inventory using ethical climate and measure aspects of ethical climate of elementary school. Theresearcher adopted questionnaire survey. Theobtained data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Scheffe method, and multiple regression analysis. Themain findings of this study were listed as follows:1. Theethical climate of elementary school contains three factors. 2. Thegeneral situations of ethical climate of elementary school are good.3. Thebest dimension of ethical climate is “lawand profession" and the lowest is“independence and norm." 4. Therewere significant differences of the teachers' demographic variables such as gender, positions, and school's size. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are proposed. |
