Thepurpose of this study aimed to investigate teacher's organizational commitment in elementary schools. Thestudy adopted literature review and questionnaires as the research methods. Thesubjects include 577 teachers in certain public elementary schools in Taichung county. Thecollected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and product-moment correlation. Theconclusions of this study are as following: (1) Thegeneral situations of teacher's organization commitment show positive response. (2) In terms of teacher's organization commitment, there is no diference in teacher's genders and school magnitude. (3) Teachers who have more teaching experiences or teachers who take administration jobs have higher scores in teacher's organization So do those teachers who graduate from universities of teacher's education. |
