國民小學教師組織承諾之研究

Teacher's Organizational Commitment in Elementary Schools.

本研究的目的在探討國民小學教師組織承諾。本研究採取文獻分析與調查研究的方法。調查研究以台中縣公立國小577位教師為研究樣本。蒐集資料後分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關進行資料分析。\r本研究得到下列結論:一、教師組織承諾情形頗佳。\r二、不同教師性別、學校規模、學校所在地教師，教師組織承諾沒有差異。\r三、教師年齡較大、服務年資較長或兼任主任或師專、師範畢業之教師在教師組織承諾分數較高。

Thepurpose of this study aimed to investigate teacher's organizational commitment in elementary schools. Thestudy adopted literature review and questionnaires as the research methods. Thesubjects include 577 teachers in certain public elementary schools in Taichung county. Thecollected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistics， t-test， one-way ANOVA， and product-moment correlation. Theconclusions of this study are as following: (1) Thegeneral situations of teacher's organization commitment show positive response. (2) In terms of teacher's organization commitment， there is no diference in teacher's genders and school magnitude. (3) Teachers who have more teaching experiences or teachers who take administration jobs have higher scores in teacher's organization So do those teachers who graduate from universities of teacher's education.
