國民中學學校行政文化之研究

A Study of School Administrational Culture in Junior High School

本研究之目的為瞭解正向與負面的國中學校行政文化，及影響及塑造學校行政文化的因素為何？經由十位國中校長訪談內容之分析，本研究獲得以下幾點結論：第一、各校所呈現之行政文化有所差異；第二、學校行政人員易流動，不利行政文化之傳承與延續；第三、學校行政文化受該校校長領導之影響頗大。 基於以上研究結論，本研究提出建議，以供教育相關人員的參考。

The purpose of the study is to explore the school administrational culture in junior high school in Taiwan area. This study employed interview. Data were collected from ten principals with interview. According to the results of this study， the researcher tried to make some suggestions for shoool administrators， school principals， and the future study.
