榮格取向沙遊治療在重鬱症女性之覺察與重建分析研究：以一位個案為例

Self-Awareness and Self-Reconstruction Process of a Woman With Major Depression Through Jungian Sandplay Therapy: A Case Study

研究目的為探討一位重鬱症女性在人我關係之困擾，接受沙遊治療啟動覺察與重建的轉化過程。以質性研究主題分析44次治療內容（含6次沙盤）；結果為：一、落難公主以依賴避開被遺棄的恐懼；二、我需要你，我無法獨立生存；三、捧我在手中且成為我的工具人，或斷開與攻擊不順我意的敵意世界與人們；四、覺察關係中絕望與報復的模式；及五、長出力量，我可以成為自己的依靠。個案在治療的涵容關係中，個體化歷程逐漸展開，願意面對陰影及超越兩極對立，產生身心修復及進行整合，不同於以往複雜且糾結之內在樣態，重建人我關係。本研究的建議是基於此療法提供個案在沙盤中涵容且自由的表達，可緩解重鬱症及衝突緊張的人我關係，進而修復與整合生命經驗。

The present study investigated the self -awareness and self -reconstruction process of a woman with major depression experiencing interpersonal difficulties. The woman created six sand trays throughout the course of a Jungian sandplay intervention. A qualitative thematic analysis was conducted to evaluate data from 44 therapeutic sessions and the 6 sand trays. Five themes were identified: (1) distress and dependency linked to attempts to avoid abandonment; (2) belief in the necessity of others for survival; (3) demand for support to resist a perceived hostile world; (4) recognition of desperation and retaliatory patterns in relationships; and (5) development of inner strength and self -reliance. The therapeutic process supported the client’s self-healing and personal growth, enabled her to confront her internal conflict and transcend black -and-white thinking, and fostered resilience. The supportive therapeutic relationship the woman established with her psychologist through this intervention differed markedly from the woman’s previous dependent relationships and facilitated the development of healthier interpersonal behaviors.
