In order to promote the issue of environmental sustainability and green environmental protection, catering company has adjusted and introduced the preparation process of using disposable containers to the preparation process of using reusable lunch boxes. This study takes one catering company in Yunlin County as an example. The purpose of the research is to explore the problems arising from the preparation process of the catering company development and use of reusable lunch boxes and to adjust the feasible operating procedures. The research method adopted the semi-structured interview method of qualitative research, and interviewed 7 personnel who were the managers of the catering company, the operators who sell and provide reusable lunch boxes services, the agencies and units that actually receive the service, and the on-site operations that have currently implemented the preparation of reusable lunch boxes. After coding and classifying the verbatim transcripts of the interviews, the current promotion process of the catering company was listed. The reliability of the content was established through verification by research participants, and problem solving in the research process was carried out using content analysis. The results show that to resolve the problems of using reusable lunch boxes on catering company, they can rearrange the current status of the preparation process, reorganize the use of manpower of cleaning and sanitizing process. The results of this study will serve as a reference for government and local related department to promote the ''use of reusable lunch boxes'' policy for the future. The long term goal for the catering company are reduced use the one-time-only containers and to facilitate the promotion of plastic reduction. |
