Flow experience—characterized by deep concentration and intrinsic enjoyment—plays an important role in enhancing learners’engagement and performance. This study examines the relationships among flow experience, self-esteem, and learning outcomes in career-oriented programs at MH University of Science and Technology from 2022 to 2025. An online survey was distributed based on course groupings, and 314 valid responses were collected (84.4% return rate). Regression analysis was conducted to test the mediating effect of self-esteem. Results show that flow experience significantly enhances students’self-esteem, which in turn positively influences learning outcomes. Additionally, self-esteem mediates the effect of flow experience on learning performance. These findings suggest that learning environments that encourage challenge, focus, and immersion can strengthen students’self-perception and improve their academic achievement. The study highlights the importance of integrating flow-experience instructional design into career-oriented curricula. |
